Front desk staff has never been exceptionally friendly, welcoming or accommodating. The hotel won’t store your luggage for the day, something we’ve never experienced. You have to buy luggage storage in the airport. The location is great for easy access to shuttle and North Terminal departures. The included breakfast buffet is good and that staff is lovely.

Service was great - reception was really friendly and so were bar staff. Basic but clean and well kept room, perfect for a night stay before or after travelling. Very conveniently located in the terminal. Would stay again.

We spent 1 night there so we could be close to the airport for our morning flight. Convenient, clean, welcoming, comfortable. The only down side for us was the food at the restaurant. Disapointing. Dinner was expensive for the very ordinary food served (and that's being polite...don't get the nacho plate). Complimentary breakfast was not great either. I would stay again for the convenience, but I would go eat at one of the concessions in the airport.

Poor and expensive food options

The room was good but the food options were poor, especially if you are vegetarian. Vegans aren’t really catered for other than tomatoes and baked beans at breakfast. Everything was over-priced . I won’t be back
