I’ve stayed here a couple of times and the convenience of it being connected to the terminal is ideal. Definitely a great option if you are arriving late at night / have an early flight. They serve a continental breakfast from 4am too for those early morning flights

The walk from the hotel reception desk to the Transat baggage drop-off took about one minute. We were able to drop off our bags and return to the hotel for our free breakfast. What's better than that!

Poor and over priced

Several poor things to look at from hotel reception staff walking into the restaurant and grabbing morning coffee, cleaners hoovering while you eat your breakfast, no quality of food. For the money this hotel and service needs to be better, i will not use this hotel again.

Great sleepover.

Very comfortable clean rooms. Great pillows. Covered walkway from north terminal to the hotel. We stayed due to late flight arrival. My granddaughter forgot her phone charger wire when we left. She retrieved it 3 days later before our return flight. Would highly recommend.

This is a fantastic airport hotel with direct access via a covered walkway from Gatwick North terminal (where Easyjet bag drop is). So convenient for departing for your flight. It couldn't be closer. Reception were friendly. The room was spacious and very quiet with sockets by the bed to charge all your devices, a large tv, kettle, iron. Comfortable bed and pillows. Could have done with a few more teabags and milks as two is not enough for us but not a big deal. We had a pizza in the bar which was good. Breakfast is included which was great and my partner enjoyed the 24 hour gym. I would stay here again. Absolutely recommended.

The check in wasn't the greatest with one poor lady trying to deal with a chap who had a reservation issue, and other apparent managers floating around ignoring her and us. She was lovely when we got to her however. There's a basic bar here that does Camden Brewery's drinks (except Helles, which is replaced with Stella), cider, wine, the usual, and the chaps behind the bar for our one night were polite and helpful. Food's basic but looks to do the job - it's a bit Wetherspoonsy in the bar, but that is kinda what you pay for staying here. Obviously baked into the North Terminal makes it super convenient; the main reason we stayed was for a very early morning flight the next day. Hotel was peaceful with no disturbances overnight and slept well!
