I love staying at citizenM hotels and this is my first time at the one on Renfrew in Glasgow. Staff were great and the hotel has more amenities to spread out than the Shoreditch one. I was able to get a lot of work done. My only negative was that you can hear the resident upstairs walking about so the floorboards aren’t great. I would still definitely stay here though.

No real heating, 20 degrees regardless what u do

Room too too cold 20 degrees (in June). Setting controller to 24 degrees for 2 full days didn’t change temperature at all, it’s a fake button. Hotel has no heating (they just want to save money), the controller in the iPad climate controller app they provide is just a sham controller. Staff couldn’t help even by using their master temperature controller but only politely apologised. No compensation No room swapping offered.

Liked how you got to pick your room at check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. The only bad experience was no tea/coffee in room so had to pay £7.50 at bar for a tea and cappuccino!

Chique hotel. Lovely room with view, I was given the opportunity on arrival to choose my room ie on what floor. Comfortable big bed, quirky en suite. I liked the Ipad control of TV, blinds, shower lights of different hues etc. Having a kettle with beverages in the room would have been nice though.
