Room was good however the return air for the aircon was disgusting and needs to be cleaned. One of my children had allergies every time the aircon turned on which wasn't great as it was pretty hot and we needed it on. We booked during schoolies. Would have been great to be warned about it as we had to ask/beg 5 times at the start for house keeping to come. As soon as schoolies was over though, we didn't have an issue. Great amenities for a long stay with dishwasher and washing machine. Freezer had some mould on the top. Yuck! Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again 😂

Beautiful room with a view of the the complete gold coast beach strip. The rooms were comfortable and modern with all amenities inc. Washing machine, dryer, hair dryer & iron/board. The location is walkable to the main Surfers shopping and restaurant area. And about a 7min walk to the 50cent Tram that currently goes down to Pacfic Fair shopping centre. It's a great location for a first visit to the Gold Coast.

Great view of the beach, close proximity to the lots of food and grocery store of you wish to fill the fridge instead of eating out. Bus stop not to far of your looking to catch a bus to the theme parks.

Great, spacious, clean room - more like a mini unit with all amenities and a fantastic balcony beach view. The pool area both indoors and outdoors was lovely and a bit of a treat for me to get to have a jacuzzi and steam room. A couple of issues with the room keys but resolved quickly and lifts were slow.

This hotel is in the perfect location, with easy access to everything. Our car never left the parking garage. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy. We will definitely be back.

Great stay for a small family with young kids. 2bed 2bath, amazing ocean view on 50th floor. Shops and restaurants are very close walking distance and now the esplanade is closed to cars it’s much nicer with young kids. Things to note: Room could’ve been cleaner, dust, etc. Great Facilities but looking a little tired, broken tiles around indoor spa, mould and mildew. The sound was a little annoying from neighbours. Partiers in the above room were heard quite loudly when sitting outside as there is a small gap between balcony glass fence and the ground - sound travelled. Overall we would consider staying again if needed.
