Este precioso dúplex de dos dormitorios y un baño, con terraza privada, se encuentra en un edificio histórico completamente restaurado en pleno centro de Granada. Situado en una ubicación privilegiada, a pocos pasos de los monumentos más relevantes de la ciudad, como la Catedral y la Alhambra, es la opción ideal para disfrutar de Granada.

El apartamento dispone de un amplio y luminoso salón con sofá-cama doble de 1,50 cm, Smart TV de 50 pulgadas, mesa auxiliar, sillas y una zona de comedor para cuatro personas. La cocina está totalmente equipada, ideal para estancias cortas o largas, y dispone de lavadora-secadora. Desde los tres balcones del salón, podrás disfrutar de vistas a la Calle Mesones y la Placeta de Santo Cristo.

El dormitorio principal, amplio y luminoso, tiene dos balcones que dan a la Calle Mesones y Caldereros, una cama de matrimonio de 1,60 x 2 m y un gran armario empotrado. El cuarto de baño, moderno y con plato de ducha, también cuenta con un balcón que proporciona luz natural y ventilación.

Subiendo las escaleras, encontrarás la terraza privada del apartamento, equipada con mobiliario exterior, ideal para relajarte y disfrutar del sol. Junto a la terraza se encuentra el segundo dormitorio, también con cama de matrimonio de 1,60 x 2 m y dos ventanas que dan a la terraza.

El apartamento está climatizado con aire acondicionado en todos los espacios y, aunque es completamente exterior, los cierres de los balcones son dobles, lo que garantiza un descanso tranquilo en el centro de la ciudad.

El edificio histórico no cuenta con ascensor, pero su ubicación permite explorar la ciudad a pie fácilmente. La zona está llena de comercios, restaurantes y bares de tapas, donde podrás disfrutar de la auténtica gastronomía andaluza.
