Cave houses are typical and unique properties in Granada. Mainly located in the Sacromonte district (UNESCO heritage), they offer fantastic views to the Alhambra and its gardens. They were specially designed to isolate from the Andulusian summer heat and also the winter cold coming from the Sierra Nevada (closest mountains). Modern, beautiful, very comfortable single-family house "Cueva de Lindaraja", 2 storeys in 2018. In the district of Sacromonte, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: terrace, garden furniture. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 100 m, bus stop "Albayzín - Granada Centro" 50 m. Nearby attractions: La Alhambra 2 km, Catedral de Granada 1 km. Please note: car not advisable.
4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2018, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and digital TV. 2 small double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (1 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. 2 large terraces, south facing position. Terrace furniture.
