Very well connected, metro and bus stop 100 meters away. Direct access to the Ronda Sur Circunvalación, the Alhambra parking lot is 5' away, the ski resort is 30' away, the beaches of Granada are 40' away, near the beginning of the many beautiful trails in Granada. And if you prefer to take a walk, the center of Granada is just over 1.5 km away.
It is located on a wide street with a boulevard and many parking spaces. Entire house for guests consisting of:
- Ground floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and large patio accessed from the kitchen.
- First floor with three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, large closets and heating. Two of them with a double bed, 135, and one with a 105 bed. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Second floor, Tower with a sofa, work table with views and a terrace that surrounds the entire house. At the back with views of the Sierra Nevada and in front with views of the Sports Palace and the upper part of the Alhambra hill.
