I had an adjoining room and the walls are super thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking and moving around. Luckily the couple next to me weren’t too loud. Not sure I’d stay there again.

Front desk lady was extremely rude, felt like we were a bother. The shampoo/conditioner was not enough and made my hair a mess. The shower head was so low it made washing my hair almost impossible. I made 1 reservation with 2 room and the lady at first said they only had one. But surprise she found the other one. Didn’t know that I had to pay to park-that seems a little outrageous. Will be going back to the clarion where I know they want and appreciate my business.

Clean and comfortable

Clean. Room was comfortable. But will request a room not next to another room with an adjoining door. Had some noise issues with young adults partying in the hallway and rooms. Last call to the front desk was at midnight and it seemed to work. I’ve stayed at this hotel off and on since 2008, so I do like it and will be back.

Great Place

Check in person very friendly. Room was very clean and roomy. Restaurant was great and Bailey's was beautiful and fun. Klint the karaoke dj was amazing. Had a great experience and will book there again.

My room smelled, I was on the 3rd Floor. This was a pet floor but I was never asked if I wanted such a room on such a floor. The bathroom needed serious attention. The height of the toilet seat was way too low and I am 67 and 6' tall--very difficult to get on and off of. Room is dated and stale. Great room service and attention to detail. The bar was nice but it too is quite dated.

This is one of my favorite places to stay when I am in town. Anytime I am in town, this is where I stay. I’ve never had any issues with staying here. The property is starting to get run down a little bit, but the services are still good and it’s quite, comfortable.
