Abundant grounds with trails and wildlife (Deer, turkey, fox & roughed grouse). 2-bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, wood burning fireplace and screened in sunroom. Completely furnished including linens. Sleeps four comfortably. Toshiba Split System meaning if you need air conditioning or supplementary heat it is there. Traverse City only 50 minutes away. 5 minutes to Wakeley Lake Trail System and 15 minutes to Forrest Dunes Golf Club. Close by is Dining and shopping or right out the door to Fly Fishing and Kayaking. You name it, you can do it. Nightly rent includes 3 people, additional $75 per night for each additional guest. No children under the age of 18 as this property is located right on the water. Two nights minimum. Physical address is: 3474 Twin Pine Rd, Grayling, MI 49738.
