Cleanest room/bathroom I’ve ever seen!

Absolutely one of the cleanest rooms and bathrooms I’ve ever seen. And I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and motels. Owners were very accommodating as well. And they even had a reverse osmosis system in the bathroom sink. I’ve never seen that. So great! We’re definitely staying there again next year when we go back. Thank you River country motor lodge!

We absolutely loved our quick overnight stay! It was exactly the sort of accommodations we look for- very homey and relaxing. They offered a fire pit near the horseshoe pit and cornhole boards. The room was super clean and the owners were very welcoming! The property was well maintained with simple but appealing landscaping. Also dog-friendly which is hard to find sometimes! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Would definitely stay here again if we are traveling in the area. Very clean and well maintained property. Parking is convenient if you have a motorcycle. Owners are very nice and provide a bonfire area out back. Great experience.

Very clean and comfortable. Office is charming and grounds are well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a welcoming homey, cozy “up north” vibe. It looked newly updated. We were very happy the TV service covered the Detroit Tigers game!

The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked with clean linens. The mattress appeared to be newer and was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good. This facility is an older motor lodge (probably built in the 1960s), it is very well maintained for an older property. I would have given a higher level, if my unit had a deadbolt lock and a peephole on the entry door. This stay checked all of the things I needed in an overnight stay.
