The Lodge Kohler is beautiful and offered top-notch service. Check in and check out was very efficient, all of the staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed with great amenities. The free chocolate in the room was so yummy we bought more to take home with us. Definitely recommend Lodge Kohler to anyone traveling to Green Bay!! Top notch!!

Excellent. I will say that one of your valets or drivers (on Tuesday night) for the shuttle needs some customer service lessons. No personality, no introduction, no direction. He wasn’t terrible but he was meh considering all the great hospitality efforts made by other staff. The day time driver was perfection. Asked for my bags, pulled the car up, opened the door and gave me a little history about the area.

Hotel, Amenities and staff were all excellent. 2 things to note, beds were not comfortable. And if you want to use the spa Amenities you have to purchase a service or pay $75. The website may it sound like spa use was included with your stay and it is not. The Tavern in the sky was amazing. Hotel is beautiful. They offer free shuttle service to restaurants and shopping. Will 100% stay again.
