We arrived on the property Saturday right before check in we received the phone call we had an emergency back at my home in West Virginia we had to turn around and come back to West Virginia spoke to the customer service representative at the desk she said make sure you call tomorrow morning to speak to a manager they can help you with trying to get you a little bit of your money back called Sunday morning was told oh no there's no manager on shift this morning had to wait till Monday morning called in and spoke to Christina explained to my situation she would not even consider the situation she would not help she just said that unless she can provide proof which I can't release medical records for this we were not asking for a full refund we were just seeing if maybe we could reschedule the room fir a different time or somthing, things happen out of our control I definitely will not book here again

I’d book elsewhere.

After waiting over an hour past the check in time waiting for our room to be “ready” even though about ten-fifteen others family came checked in and were able to go to their rooms, we remained patient and waited….. the day of our checkout while we were downstairs eating breakfast while my husband stayed back in bed sleeping and even though check out is at 11, the cleaners walked right into the room while he was asleep ready to clean at 9 am. They opened the door with their key and walked right in, he thought it was us coming in and asked us how breakfast was and that’s when they realized they room was still being occupied. The breakfast tasted great but there was only one person taking care of the breakfast and it was definitely felt, she was very upset the food kept running out and towards the end of my breakfast people were coming back to the tables with empty plates. And I’m not too sure how our room took longer then needed to be “cleaned” because as we left I asked my kids to check under the tables and beds to ensure nothing was getting left behind and they found Cheetos in the corners and we never took chips in the room. So there’s that.

Everything that we needed for our stay in Greensboro. Safe and close to airport and High Point University where we were visiting. Would and will highly recommend to anyone coming to the area for High Point University visits. Will definitely stay for future visits to campus.

Excellent!!

This was an excellent place to stay after visiting pilot mountain state park on our way to the beach. The staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly. They kept the place very clean at all times and helped quickly with any needs or requests. I would stay here again for sure!
