Needs some TLC and upgrades

The hotel offers a great location near shopping and restaurants, reasonable pricing, amenities like breakfast and a pool. I believe the unit is transitioning over to Radisson, previously under Best Western, and services like the pool were unavailable and breakfast was very limited. I couldn't see much in the way of upgrades or change except some splash of paint here and there.

Shopping across the street and the restaurant next door was nice. The floorboards between the bed and the wall in 217 were noisy and the bed made noise when we got in and out of it

The room I was in had NO hot water either in the sink or the shower. When I reported that to the front desk I got a shrug and a ‘Sorry’ but that’s it. Not sure I’d stay at this hotel again Otherwise the room was decent.

This is not hard. When you pay for a room you expect all the facilities to be functional.Nobody gives you a discount if the facilities are not in working condition. In this case both the pool and sauna were out of order and closed. I have stayed here multiple times before when in Grove City and never had this problem when it was part of the Best Western chain. I come to Grove City fairly often but now I am uncertain I will stay here again. In addition the counter staff refused to give me a receipt for my stay. I was told Expedia would E mail one to me.To date I have yet to receive one.
