Maintenance Note: Our COA is modernizing our elevators between 10/13/25-04/01/26. There will always be one working elevator. You can expect Monday - Thursday workdays, 7am-5pm, possible construction noise and possible elevator delays. We do not expect interuptions for our guests but we do want to make you aware.

Condo is located in East Beach area, approximately .05 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout.

This large, spacious condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf that has entries from the living room and master suite and guest bedroom. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs.
This condo has 3 spacious bedrooms . The two king bedrooms are gulf front with balcony access. The master bedroom has a king bed and master bath attached. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin mattress on bottom and a twin mattress on top. The bedrooms have 32"-40" flat screen "smart" televisions for our guests to enjoy.
The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 50" flat screen television In the living room.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, solid wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
The dining room table seats 4 comfortably. There is also a bar for extra seating.
The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies.
This location can't be beat! You can take a short walk to the Hangout or Pink Pony Pub to the west or you can walk to the East where you can fish or just take a leisurely walk on the State Pier.
The unit offers free wi-fi. Guests may park in the parking area or in the covered garage.
The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools, kids splash pad, hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness room and grills.
There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theaters, miniature golf courses, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex.
The Gulf Shores area is family-friendly with many activities for all ages.
Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
Only 2 vehicles per unit.
Parking Passes are required.
One parking pass is included in your reservation. The 2nd pass may be purchased at the guard shack upon arrival.

Absolutely loved this condo!!! The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly. The condo was even better than the pictures and it was super clean! Easy check in & out process. Great Condo and great owner

My only issue is that the property was located on a public beach. A fight broke out, and the police had to be contacted. That was the downside. The upside was that the condo was beautiful and just as described, and the balcony was amazing. It was an excellent location for the Shrimp Festival (within walking distance), and there was a surf shop/market across the street and a Waffel House. There are great places to eat nearby, and a food truck vendor was also parked on the property near the beach. The pool and hot tub are also a close walk from the beach. Also, the beach had a nice chair rental service, and other rentals were available, such as jet ski, parasailing, and banana boat rides. Other than the beach fight, everything was excellent!

Beautiful view of the Gulf

Our grouped loved the condo. Sunrise and sunset views were amazing. The sitting was comfortable. Close to many restaurants. The beach was clean with powder like sand. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was so large and totally able to relax.

THE VIEW IS OFF THE CHART

We had the best visit. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The only thing extra I could have asked for is a vacuum & a few extra days to enjoy the beautiful view!!! My family will most definitely be back. As far as the property as a whole, If you have elderly family members with you I would call ahead and see what the elevator situation is like. I also wish there were more parking for full-sized SUV & Trucks (you only have the ground level to park) floors 1-3 I did have to park on when the ground was full, and I did have a warning ticket on my window for being double-parked. When you are getting kids in and out of your cars, I would much rather have someone double parked than banging my door. The person who was working the security was not friendly.

Family trip review for summer 2024

The unit was a good size for our party of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) and well decorated. The balcony was a good size with both bedrooms having access and a good view of the ocean/ beach. However, the bars at the turn of the balcony rattle so loud in high wind no one could sleep one morning of our stay. There are two elevators but one was down a lot of the time. The first day we had to walk up 11 flights of stairs because of the wait for the one working elevator. Heavy elevator usage was between 3-6pm daily with lines regularly out both doors into the parking garage. Very limited bath towels so we did laundry every day. The kitchen was sufficient except one of the two pans was unusable due to rust and there were only 4 glasses. The pool is next door at another building and only a small portion is available for outside use. Kids splash pad is small and very crowded. One of the property workers said “You just have to squeeze in if you can get in” and that’s an accurate description. Beach access is good. Be prepared for a line on the way back to rinse sand off. There are four hose/shower areas but each of our 5 days only two were usable because the hoses had holes in them. Check out was at 10am but maid service arrived at 9am. We verified with her that we weren’t to be out until 10 and she agreed but said she would wait at the door while we finished packing. That was a first for us which made us feel very rushed and uncomfortable. Lots of shops, a restaurant and beach activities close.

One week stay in June

The condo itself was very nice with the exception of the cleanliness of the kitchen. The dishes in the cabinets were so dirty that we had to rewash nearly everything we used. There was a sticky substance on numerous dishes that clearly weren't washed prior to our arrival. Some dishes had sand in them. We reached out to the owner who stated that the cleaning crews do not check the dishes/cabinets and the dishes likely weren’t washed by the previous guest. She did offer us a $100 refund for our trouble because we were cleaning the kitchen for well over an hour upon arrival. Other than that, the remainder of the condo was clean and the view from the balcony was incredible. If you cook, there is no seasoning available, not even salt and pepper. And if you go to the store across the street, prepare to pay. $9+ for a bottle of mayonnaise. For the actual property grounds, we were a bit disappointed. The adult pool area smelled and was noticeably dirty all week. The pool area bathrooms smelled even worse and I’m not sure if they were cleaned once while we were there. The adult pool is very small. If you aren’t a beach person I would recommend staying at another condo, because the pool isnt going to be a daily option for you due to the crowds and the size of the pool. The splash pad area however was very well maintained and clean. We spent the majority of our time there when we weren’t at the beach. Overall, condo is nice but we wouldn’t return due to the property grounds.

Only complaint was the elevators. Down to only one for two of the days we were there. For a complex that big they def need more elevators. And the parking garage spaces are entirely too small. The condo was very nice and enjoyed the large balcony.
