Caribbean 303 welcomes you with its well-appointed Primary suite, featuring a plush King bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. The attached bath adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay. Additionally, the unit includes cozy Twin hall bunks, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

One of the highlights of this condo is its pet-friendly policy, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the vacation. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. The private balcony offers a tranquil setting to enjoy the soothing sound of waves and Gulf breezes. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a comfortable sofa-sleeper for extra sleeping space.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed staying at 303. The condo was conveniently located on the beach. The only complaint I have is that the bed needs a new mattress immediately!!!!! The single worst bed I have ever laid on. I’m pretty sure my husband and I could count the mattress coils. Everything else was top notch !!!

Parking

Parking was a nightmare. If we left we found there were no authorized spots when we came back. There were several cars there with no parking passes including an apparently homeless person who is living in his car. When we told the property manager that( and sent pictures of the license plates of the cars without passes) they just suggested that we find alternative parking elsewhere. Unacceptable. A system of monitoring the parking situation needs to be developed.

The view was fantastic. The condo was very clean. I feel like the place needed a good paint job to it and couch needs to be replaced. The ice maker didn't work. It was over all good trip. I would stay here again. Thanks

The elevator broke down twice so we had to use the stairs to bring groceries up and take all our luggage to the car when we left. Stairwell was hot and dirty. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sags on the bathroom side. The balcony furniture cushions need to be replaced they are flat and filthy. The balcony needs to be cleaned. Looks like someone spilled something and floor was stained. The glass in the outdoor table fell out and we were lucky it didn’t shatter. The couch is wore out. Sags and is uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. No curtain on bedroom window with bright light shining through the blinds at all hours. Not enough parking and overflow lot across the streets has no lights. Not enough beach area for the amount of condos in the building.

My experience at the Caribbean through Virgo was excellent. They were very courteous and the check in check out most convenient. The place was very nice and affordable. They were very considerate to check on you during your stay and very opened for suggestions.Extremely polite!

Needs updated and some repairs to the condo

The main bathroom needs a shower curtain rod it was completely rusted the toilet paper holder is coming off the wall there was mildew at the shower knob the toilets wasn’t cleaned inside the rim of the toilet. I will send you some pictures that I have taken.

Quick getaway

We absolutely loved the condo and plan to return soon. Beach access is easy and you here almost no sound from other tenants ! Only complaint is I wish the pool gates had number code access instead of an actual key. We were too scared to lose it so we didn't use the pools.

Nice condo with a nice beach view.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. This condo has easy access to the beach. The weather wasn't that great during our stay so we took advantage of the warm indoor pool. Grateful for that. As for location, it's just outside of the crowdy areas of Gulf Shores which we liked.

Great Stay!

We had a great time! Property was exactly as expected. Only two hiccups, elevator broke down so we had to lug all our things up the stairs. Definitely got a workout in. But, building maintenance got it up & running by that evening. Second one, the window in the bedroom lets in lots of light at night. Fortunately, I had read all the reviews and was prepared to hang up a curtain on a cheap tension rod I brought with so no problem. Also, I was prepared to bring our own dish soap & towels from reviews. This is right on the beach, beautiful view, very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

First look when we drove up was construction, not what you want to listen to on vacation,, next was condo door which was rusted terribly,,, next was rusted shower curtain rod, rust was falling in tub it was so bad,, next was insulation between floors- we had a neighbor that played loud music for a week- we had to listen to bass thumping thumping thumping all day long

Pictures are way nicer than it was

Pictures definitely made it look a lot nicer. The shower definitely needs updated IMO, especially for price we paid. The area it was located was kind of a “ok” area. Seemed a little rough. Was nice for weekend stay, but definitely wouldn’t go back.

Great condo in a wonderful location

We loved staying at Caribbean 303. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. There was plenty of room for our children. The view was spectacular. The beach access was the best part. Being right on the beach meant we could leave our umbrellas and chairs on the beach while we went up to the condo during the hottest part of the day to allow for bathroom breaks, naps and lunch. It was clean for the most part. The base boards needed to be scrubbed and walls could use a little touch up paint but it wasn’t anything that prevented us from enjoying our stay at the beach. All in all we would stay again!

The location was great, the bed was comfy, and the living space was perfect for the two of us. I don't know that any more than 2 adults and 2 small children would be comfortable. However, we arrived to a thin layer of sand all throughout the condo which led me to believe the condo had not been cleaned as well as it should have been. I was able to sweep up a large pile of sand as soon as we arrived (before we could have even potentially brought it in ourselves). Additionally, I thought the listing stated hangers were included, but there were none (which is problematic as there is only one tiny thin dresser that is not convenient for putting away clothing). I bought (and left) some hangers and we made due. Someone else noted that the window in the bedroom is missing a covering. There are blinds, however, that window leads out to the open hallway and the light is on 24/7 and shines through at night. We ended up hanging black garbage bags to block it. (Thank you Dollar Tree for the hangers and garbage bags!) The overall appearance of the interior was great and the pictures are accurate (the rug in the photo was not in the condo out our time). As someone else noted, the shower rod is very rusty and needs replacing. As does the bathroom closet door (we were able to get it back on it's tracks, but I'd imagine the space would be better utilized if the door was removed and that closet was just open shelving). The building could use a coat of paint (outside of the condo door was in rough shape), and the whole interior could use a thorough DEEP clean and a paint job as well. However, we would stay here again. Oncence I cleaned up a bit, the condo was comfortable and the location is excellent!

Excellent get away for two in Gulf Shores

The condo was the perfect size for just my husband and I. The built in bunk beds would’ve been perfect if we had little ones with us. It was clean and well equipped except we would’ve loved to have a few extra blankets as the nights got chilly and there weren’t any extra trash bags or coffee filters. The location is perfect!!! The beach in front of the condo wasn’t crowded and our favorite restaurants were close by. Would definitely stay here again!
