Tervetuloa palaani paratiisista! Tämä on 2 makuuhuoneen 1 1/2-kylpyhuoneisto, joka on kunnostettu kaikilla uusilla laitteilla ja vuodevaatteilla, uudella lämmitys- ja ilmastointijärjestelmällä, uudella elektronisella oven lukitusjärjestelmällä (joten sinun ei enää tarvitse pysyä avaimessa, ellet haluta). EI LISÄÄ POPPORNISIA YLÖSLAKKOJA. Myös äskettäin päivitetty 2. kerros.
Bambu puulattiat läpi 2. kerroksen ja täysin remontoitu kylpyhuone. Kylpyamme on poistettu ja korvattu kauniilla sadesuihkulla, lasiovilla ja 6 erillisellä hyllyllä; joten voit pitää tavarasi suihkussa.
Puhumattakaan, mutta aion: upouusi puun näköinen laattalattia jatkui sadesuihkussa kahdella suihkupäällä. Ja jos se ei riitä, PYYTÄ UUDET TAMMIKORKEET !!

Juuri sisään, uusi päivitys. Makuuhuoneessa on nyt NUKKUMÄÄRÄ KUNINGASKOKO-VUOSI !!! Kaikki vuodevaatteet toimitetaan 600: lla egyptinpuuvillalakanalla ja tyynyliinoilla sekä HOTEL LUXURY -paksuilla pyyhkeillä ja käsipyyhkeillä.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa jääpalakone, astianpesukone ja mikroaaltouuni. Tämä huoneisto on vain 100 metrin päässä rannasta (tarvittavaan rannalle pääsy kadun toisella puolella) ja kaikki vuokrattavissa olevat palvelut, kuten LOUNGERS UMBRELLAS, Banana Boat Rides ja PARASAILING !! Sijaitsee toivotulla East Beach Blvd: llä .... OLET kävelyetäisyydellä lukuisista ravintoloista, kuten Sea and Suds: (laiturilla), Pink Pony: (laiturilla), Hangout, Mikeen meren antimet, katkarapukori, polkupyöränvuokrausliike, hooters, Desoto (erinomainen), SURF SIDE MARKKINAT päivittäistavaroiden tarpeisiin ja moniin muihin. Niille myöhään illalla kärsineille Waffle House on aivan vieressä.

Sinulla on helppo 3 korttelin kävelymatka HANGOUT MUSIC FESTIVALiin ja SHRIMP FESTIVALiin. Miksi ostaa bussilippu ja joutua odottamaan sen näkymistä muiden väkijoukkojen kanssa, kun voit välttää kaiken liikenteen ja pään ja kävellä vain helpon kävelymatkan päässä uima-altaastasi ja huoneistostasi.

Aina kun sinulla on ollut tarpeeksi rantaa, tule rentoutumaan kauniissa uima-altaassa, jota ympäröi palmu. On olemassa kolme grilliä ja piknikpöytiä grillausta varten. Paikan päällä on pesutupa, jossa on 5 pesukonetta ja 5 kuivainta. Sinulla on myös (2) osoitettu katettu pysäköintitila, mutta olet niin lähellä niin monia asioita, et ehkä edes tarvitse ajaa minnekään. Istu alas ja rentoudu.

Great host/great stay

Jeff was great with tips on where to shop and navigating the neighborhood. It was our first time in gulf shores. The condo was in a perfect location with the beach being directly across the street! There are eateries and shops just blocks away. The pool was small and low traffic which was great for my 4 year old who was overwhelmed at the ocean. The water was really warm, but we didn’t mind it too much. The condo was clean and supplied all the bath towels, blankets, condiments, seasonings and cooking supplies that you could need. There is also an awesome DVD collection with the classics that we enjoyed with our 14 year old who hasn’t seen some of them. The couch was the only thing that we didn’t like. It has definitely seen better days and was uncomfortable trying to lounge while watching said movies. But all in all it was a great experience and we will be back! Couldn’t ask for a better host and place to stay in east beach!

3 generations of women on a retreat

Absolutely fell in love with our condo! Decorated beautifully, with a kitchen that was ready to use. Clean, comfortable, with one of the best pools! Location was walkable to about 10 restaurants. Three minute walk to the beach. Any questions we had, Jeff answered almost immediately. We plan on being back! Rate is 15 out of 10!

Excellent Stay

The condo was amazing the description is spot on. The location is amazing. The walk to the beach was super easy. We walked to dinner each night. Jeff’s communication throughout the booking to the stay was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Long weekend stay

We came to Gulf Shores to visit our daughter. The location was great, the condo was perfect for the 3 of us, and the beds were so comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Perfect in so many ways

Clean comfortable and easy access. We were delighted with this property and all it had to offer. Every detail was thought out and all necessities were provided. Felt like home!

Jeff was an amazing host who communicated well and made our check in and stay seamless. The condo was very very well stocked. So much better than the condos my family members were staying in at the tall tower across the street! AC was cold and reliable, kitchen was great, bathroom and shower were awesome, bed was super cozy, and parking was directly below. We were traveling with a 2 year old and a 5 month old and I brought 2 travel cribs for them and they were happy as can be! Thanks again, Jeff!!

I stayed with my 3 children (5, 10, & 16) and it was perfect! Plenty of room without feeling cramped. Ultra-clean. Modern. Everything we needed for cooking. Location could not have been more ideal - a super short walk to everything! Great communication from the owner. An ideal home away from home.

Birthday trip to the Gulf

This was a great place for my stay. It was close to the beach and was convenient for getting to the shops and restaurants. The space was very clean and everything worked well. I loved the shower with lots of pressure and hot water. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back.

Great little condo in Gulf Shores!

Located in the middle of everything, with a short walk or drive to shops, restaurants, beach and other attractions. Recently renovated [due to hurricane :( ], so everything in it is brand new. Very clean. Kitchen is WELL stocked with everything you need. Comfy Sleep Number bed and linens. Super easy communication with the owner, Jeff. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Family Vacation

The condo was newly remodeled very clean open spaces and right across the street from the beach only about a three minute walk it’s also located right in the middle of everything. We absolutely enjoyed our weeks stay in Jeff’s condo.

Communication with the host and vrbo was unnecessarily difficult. We called and texted the host as instructed on the way to the condo but our call was ignored; we then spent 45 minutes on hold with vrbo, only to be disconnected without a resolution. We called the host again and he answered. He disclosed that he ignored our initial call, and then proceeded to berate me for my "attitude" before he would release the door code. All of this was completely unnecessary as there is a keypad that could be released via text once the unit is ready for check in. The experience was unpleasant and we would not stay again. Buyer beware.
