Great stay.

Huge room. Very very clean. And it so great I booked a room with private Onsen bath. Staff were extremely polite. Just the buffet dinner was good but under what I expected. Great stay

用完晚餐回房間打開被子，居然有件浴衣蓋一個範圍不算小的血漬區塊，發生在收費高的日本旅館，令人不敢想像，想反應但旅館1 F接待處居然沒有人，等了一會兒只出現一位老先生，雖然最後換了房，但對於不會說英文的飯店人員和令人失望的房務品質這二點非常失望。

很舒適的渡假溫泉體驗

早餐晚餐很豐富，前台亦協助召喚的士 房間很大，附溫泉，小朋友很喜歡 只是第一晚沒有房務員幫忙舖榻榻米，一家人就睡床上 第二晚晚餐後卻有房務員主動舖好，睡得更舒適
