Had a really good stay here. The staff especially were super kind and welcoming. They made my stay the best part of the hotel. Food was good as well. A lot of fragrant dishes and prepared pretty uniformly too.

Loved the amazing hospitality we received from all the staff members. The place is clean and quiet, matching its ambiance. The food (both breakfast and dinner), tea ceremony and drinks were incredible and an absolute culinary experience. The onsen in the room was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. An absolute hidden gem but definitely not going to be hidden for much longer. Looking forward to seeing this hotel flourish.
