Cozy, Clean and Rooftop Deck

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The furniture was unique and comfortable through. Best selection of well designed chairs and couches throughout the building created a cozy atmosphere. The rooftop bar and deck had great service and scenery. Area is very walkable with many sites and restaurants nearby.

Lobby is beautiful but rooms are meh.

Room was very small and lacked amenities that are pretty standard in rooms at this price point: no mini fridge, no coffeemaker in the room, no closet.

There was no place for suitcases. No storage in the room. Walking space around bed extremely tight. Night stands so small nothing can fit on it. No place to hang up stuff. The only good thing in the room was the bed- it was very comfortable.

Nice hotel with wonderful rooftop bar. Rooms are very small but bed is comfortable. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities and no room fridge or mini bar was disappointing and the lack of a wardrobe was inconvenient. Otherwise, very clean and well located. Would consider again but would prefer somewhere more spacious with better in room facilities.

Poor response time to incoming phone calls!

My train was delayed by over two hours. I had someone waiting in the lobby. I tried calling the hotel and was put on hold for fifteen minutes. I sent a message, as I was directed to requesting a callback. The message said I would get an email. NO CALLBACK. NO EMAIL. When I arrived at the hotel, there were three associates at the reception desk. When I told them what happened, they were indifferent. I don’t blame them. They’ve just never been trained in the art of customer service. Can’t wait to see the bill for fifteen minutes of roaming charges. An additional delight!

Clean and quiet

The rooms were clean, the atmosphere of the room was a little cramped. It did not have extra accessories such as slippers, toothbrush, etc. Although my room was next to the street, no sound came inside. Breakfast was also great. Only the price is a bit expensive.
