The room was very clean, staff, friendly, and amenities as described. We were in town for a basketball tournament and there were multiple people staying in the hotel for similar events. I was very worried that our room near the elevator would end up being loud and caused sleep issues. But that was not the case. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again.

The PM staff at the hotel were friendly, and the breakfast was okay. However, I encountered significant issues with printing documents for work—it took nearly an hour to connect to the printer and actually print them out. I also paid for a late checkout, but I was only granted an additional hour past their standard checkout time. Having stayed at many hotels for work, I found them quite lacking in flexibility compared to others. If I return to Helena for work, I won't choose this hotel again. So far, I can recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Helena, as they offer an excellent breakfast and are very accommodating with early check-ins and late checkouts.

Probably the best hotel breakfast weve had. Fresh items brought out continually, kitchen staff kept checking to see if anything was needed. I'm a train fan, so I was enjoying the railroad art through the hotel

The doors to the rooms slam very hard unless a guest carefully shuts them. Also, the doors have a space underneath through which you can see light from the hallway coming through at night — and also, of course, noise from the hallway. They need to work on the doors.
