Room refrigerator was loud and room was too cool but clean. Parking lot had broken glass on pavement. Free breakfast was ok......but eggs were instant. Tasty bagels. We got what we paid for. Not exactly the Waldorf.

Our stay was excellent. The only complaint was that the wifi was sub par. It was slow and kept cutting out. The breakfast was better than I expected and the staff in general was friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fact that they had coffee ready for us when we arrived.

I believe that I should be refunded the full amount. I killed 4 bugs in the bathroom (I believe cockroaches) and 2 on the ceiling. The sheets appeared NOT to be fresh, the sink in the bathroom did not drain. The "hot" water was only warm. I am happy to have someone call me as this place should be banned from availability, and I would appreciate a refund as could hardly sleep with the threat of bugs crawling on me. 214-914-3908.
