The room and staff were really nice, I do wish the rooms had a microwave, had to eat the food I brought with me cold, and I think they could have done a more organized job of cleaning the parking lot of snow

Prior to booking their website showed airport shuttle was included in the price. After waiting for almost an hour for the shuttle they told us they weren’t coming and we had to pay 60 dollars for other transportation, meanwhile every other hotel in the area was running their shuttles.

We usually stay at this hotel. This year we had to pay to park, not a big deal but was surprised by this. The room was nice, but it was so dry that I had several nose bleeds when I woke up. Maybe the filter needed changed. ( First world problems.) Staff was friendly and the restaurant was good as usual.
