THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. The shower water handle was set in a manner that I could not point it in the direction of hot water. never saw this before. the result: lukewarm water shower in the evening and morning. I think this water handle was purposely set in a manner that the customer could not turn up the hot water setting. sad. When I pay over $100 for one night, the least you could give me is a hot shower. Last time at this place.

rooms have a strange layout with sinks being inside the bedroom and shower/toilet in bathroom. Also waited for 45 minutes for airport shuttle. Were promised 10-15 minutes wait but driver never showed. Even after repeated calls and promises no driver. Ended up catching a ride with a neighbour hotel property and walked over to the Hyatt.

This hotel is run-down and weathered. Not worth the nightly price. Couch was stained, the work chair was broken, and the AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. On top of that, they charge $15 to park. You have been warned stay here at your own risk.

The room was acceptable. I had been there before and was much cleaner back then. The room looks dated (carpet edges worn out, bath tub rails a bit loose, bathroom sink has a crack etc ) The staff was courteous. There was a dead bird in the parking lot. I notified the staff, and the bird was still there the next day.
