The girl D at checkout was very nice and understanding. Was shyed away from a handicap room to a regular cause the noise from kids Chen would bother us. I was charged and held over a hundred mated extra then what i was on hotels. They said the hold was 40. I book d for 319 total and 434 was held still. The housekeepers were yelling at 8 am. The breakfast no waffle batter. Nobody controlling kids the pastries frozen the eggs and sausage cold. Requested a late check out and banged on door day of asking why we still there. And the topping roaches i took pics. Never coming back here

The room itself was excellent and spacious. However, the major issue was water leaking from the sink and the ceiling, which entered the room and caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, there was no proper sound insulation in the walls. The noise from shower and running water in bathroom came directly into our room, seriously disturbing the sleeping members. Breakfast was just okay, definitely not up to Hilton standards.

Everything was great! We loved how close the hotel was to Hershey Park, and the surrounding area was very nice—within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hot breakfast was a great bonus. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We truly loved our stay. Staff was great also

We would stay here again because the room was nice and spacious and the prices were reasonable. Our only complaint is they did not make up the room while we were gone all day.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Claire at the front desk. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The only complaint was one day there were lots of options with peppers and onions. My wife is allergic, so only cold options for her that day.
