A true gem in Ho Chi Minh City Mai House is an absolute must when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel exudes elegance and boutique charm, with superb service that makes every guest feel truly special. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The concierge team is impeccable—always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The pool and common areas are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to enhance the quality of meat in the Friday and Saturday seafood buffet. That said, I will always choose Mai House for my stays in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so at home.

What can I say, the moment I walked into the hotel I was treated like royalty. The service is amazing, immaculately presented foyer and the breakfast was excellent. I was in a premium club room (highly recommend). Free cocktail and wine with canapés every night and the room was enormous. Private check in and checkout on Level 14. This is THE best hotel in HCMC. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer, but I will be back!
