Very impressive hotel, well located for the first time visitor. The breakfast was expansive and excellent quality. My only (minor) problem was the aircon, which blew directly onto my side of the bed.

Excellent central hotel. Amazing exterior and interior with well appointed rooms. Breakfast had a wonderful choice and ensured there was something for everyone. Staff very attentive. We would definitely recommend when visiting HCMC.

Up graded to an apartment. Apartment had bare cooking utensils. Was large and attractive but not very functional. Had problems with hot water for two days, finally resolved. Food very average, one night we were the only people in the restaurant. Beautiful facility, clean, good service (except for the water issue) but overall average and disappointing.

Nice hotel in a good location

Nice hotel with great amenities like the pool and nice gym. Friendly staff and beautiful rooftop deck. The breakfast was good (if a little pricey compared to other hotel breakfasts). The breakfast was very busy in the early morning and the service was spotty (waited almost a half hour for our coffee and had to eventually go get it ourselves). The one thing that bothered me is that they added gratuity and VAT to ever purchase (the bar, the breakfast) without asking. None of the other hotels six we stayed at during our drip did this. The room and bed were very comfortable and the location just outside District 1 was good.

On arrivaing into the court yard I noticed the marble water feature as well as a Maclaren Super car parking beside it,this should CUE you in to the quality of Mai House the long robust front doors are open for you by bowing smiling shaff member to reveal more marble,centre feature the sweeping staircase taking you to and from the impeccable restaurant,the lobby well groomed staff seem to glide around on a mission make your stay a pleasure .. beautiful lady's soak up the vibe take photos of the themselves dress in high fashion or elegant traditionally they to drawn to the effluence for indulgence, generated by this location,they completed the tone,all this serenaded by the dapper gentleman playing makanavo!!on the baby grand!!! honestly James Bond could skip down that staircase and his level of sophistication and not look out of place!! The room I resided was again I used the word "impeccable " loved the case iron free standing bath this completed every night with a good night biscuits as the wickedly comfortable bed was turned down .... location walking distance from many points on interest.... Price from a western point of view very affordable ..SO Mai house it's all BTH!!! .. believe the hype

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Area was way too noisy and we couldn’t sleep at nights. Also, we only got 2 bottles of water for our entire stay. Given that tap water is non drinkable in this region, it’s imperative that sufficient drinking water be provided.

This is a good hotel, we enjoyed our stay in a suite. Probably short of a complete 5 star experience with one or two finishing touches on facilities and service but everything is well done and well intentioned. Staff are very responsive to requests for help and keen to please. The WiFi was a bit unreliable and we lost a couple of meetings, some buffering with streaming. Again, though, help was immediate when we asked for it. Recommend this hotel to others. So much to do within a short stroll.
