The hotel is situated in a very convenient location to many popular tourist destinations. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly. They offer breakfast in the morning which is excellent. I will definitely consider staying at Saigon Hotel the next time I visit HCMC!

I have stayed here many times and normally it's an excellent stay. They messed up my room reservation and I received a terrible room with no balcony. Nothing to view or have a smoke if needed. I always ask for a balcony and this should be a matter of record at this point. I requested a balcony when I booked the room. This stay was disappointing.

Asa muslim traveller, the grand mosque is just a door steps and also halal saigon restaurent just beside the hotel. If want to go to shoping ben thant market and malaysia street about 2km. Easy to get grab. Breakfast if not cheaper better dont take because only eggs, bread, fruits and cerial. Other is non halal. Better bring your own food coz food is very expensive.

decent hotel

Nice and helpful hotel staff. Dated room that needed some TLC including a slightly moldy bathroom. Room facing the street was a bit loud at night. But somehow it was my best night's sleep on the trip so I can't complain too much.

Room was clean and what was needed for us. Staff was was very helpful due to my injury and needed extra help in checking in and getting to my room. Breakfast Buffett was excellent. I would most defiantly stay there again.

It’s quite good hotel, good location, there is a Chinese restaurant beside with delicious dishes. It’s quite noisy in the evening because there are many young pepole gather for coffee near the hotel

Great location but the street is a bit noisy until

Hotl is old but well maintains. Air conditioning is good, breakfast is variety and location is centre in the city. They give me 2nd floor, room is very noisy from road side till midnight. 5am in the morning start noise already.
