Entschuldigung, aber dieses Zimmer ist eines 4* Hotels nicht würdig, obschon wir gut geschlafen haben!! Die Dusche spritzte überall nur nicht dort wo sie ihre Pflicht erfüllen sollte…😪 Für grössere Leute wie mich war das duschen eher eine Qual als eine Wohltat, viel zu Klein!! Das Zimmer, wie gesagt einfach nicht 4* würdig, sehr klein! Auf meinen Hinweis der Dusche gabs als Entschuldigung eine Flasche Sekt……

Von der Ankunft bis zum Zimmer und Restaurant, hin zum Checkout, ich war begeistert! Liebevoll, herzlich, professionell, kunden- und serviceorientiert, einen Dank an das gesamte Team! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage zwischen Stadt und Wald ist perfekt. Immer wieder, ich freue mich schon! Service und Freundlichkeit wird hier großgeschrieben, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und das tolle Zimmer... Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. Sauna und Pool habe ich leider aus Zeitgründen nicht besuchen können, das nächste Mal ganz sicher! Begeistert.

Solide hotel

Het personeel is superaardig! Daar begin ik graag mee. Kamers zijn comfortabel, bed aan de harde kant. Het ligt midden in de natuur en vlakbij het ziekenhuis, dus locatie is ook goed. Eigenlijk weinig op aan te merken. Het eten is erg goed! Ik denk wel het beste in omgeving homburg.

Sehr angenehm trotz Corona-Einschränkungen

Da das Haus sich sehr viel Mühe gibt, war es trotz Pandemie ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sogar der Pool war geöffnet. Lediglich das Frühstück war (Corona-bedingt) nicht ganz so toll wie beim letzten Aufenthalt.

Not a normal Gernam experience

This hotel was literally out in the woods since it was Sunday both restaurant hotels were closed. No suggestions from staff. We saw no restaurants nearby as we left the next morning. The carpeting in our room as well as the breakfast room was very stained. Staff didn’t seem to care when we talked to them about the carpet. Also the sauna was not open for our use. Overall I would stay elsewhere

Schlafen mit offenem Fenster, kein Verkehrrslärm, keine Form von Ruhestörung. Morgens aufwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher. Gutes Frühstück, gute Küche, nettes freundliches Personal. Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten, gutes Bett alles was man braucht vorhanden. Ohne Auto allerdings keine Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen in der Nähe.

Great restaurant, howeverrr there is not much to do at the property. There are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity, one is right out the front door of the property. Definitely worth the money to go for the deluxe rooms, spacious.

Die Bezeichnung "Wohlfühlhotel" trifft es genau: ruhig gelegen mit schön angelegtem Hotelgarten, der einläd die frische Waldluft zu genießen. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt, die Ausstattung lässt an nichts fehlen. Hervorragender Service, sehr gute Küche mit auch sehr guter Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
