Room was okay, AC was super cold considering it was a hot summer weather. There was sewerage smell in their small lobby though... price was fair and location was not too bad. A few minutes walk to the bus stops and MTR stations.

Good hotel

Excellent and helpful staff. Hotel condition is a bit worn out. The carpet is really old. However all the staff from concierge to cleaners are really friendly.

Best concierge service on 17/9/25

The hotel is a bit run down. However I have to praise the service of the concierge when we checked out early morning on 17/9. There was a rain storm and the Uber driver didn’t stop outside and the concierge guy took 2 umbrellas to help us get in the Uber car. It was totally outside his normal duties and he deserved the highest recognition and commendation.

The hotel was right in the middle of all the local restaurants at Tin Hau, and walkable distance to Causeway Bay. Great experience with the very helpful staff and comfortable room. We will definitely come back again if we choose to stay in Tin Hau/Causeway Bay area.
