Fabulous location and a great hotel. Room was only cleaned once during my stay, and they need to replace the room heating / cooling controls - they are really old and just don’t work. Very comfy bed. Corner bath and a shower which is fabulous.

Unsatisfaction turned out to be a happy ending.

I was not happy with the bed and the curtains of the first room they gave me, so I requested to change to another room. After some struggles to confirm about my complaint, they finally changed my room, and upgraded me to an executive suite, which is nice, and I have a good night sleep.

One of Hong Kong's older classic hotels in a fantastic location for exploring HK. Large Room size and wonderful beds make this a 5 star stay despite the fact the hotel is showing some of its age. With Victoria Park,Times Square, Hong Kong Library, the Tram, buses and MTR close...this is a great value!

A bit disappointed

Everything was as expected for the price. However, the hotel charged me $130HKD for a shuttle bus ride to the airport. This service was free for all those who stayed in this hotel (at least a week ago when I had a room here).

The staff are very friendly and it’s in a great area and close to train lines. Good viewing areas for the fireworks display over the harbour.

Located near the center of Causeway Bay, this property badly needs major renovation. Check-in took long with three front staff handling a large number of newcomers. The rooms looked old with air condition not working properly, requested for a non-smoking room but the room we got smelled like it was occupied by a smoking guest, cannot enter the Yee Woo entrance after 10pm and had to go to the main entrance which is at the back of Yee Woo street, concierge was very nice and cheerful.

Good hotel

Our stay was a quiet and comfortable one. The room is big but quite old. The aircon temperature is not in sync with the reading and the feel. The bathroom fixtures are worn out but clean. The bed is very comfortable. There are no sitting area in the lobby. Easy access to taxis and any form of transportation. Easy check out as well.

When I went in December, the temperature control in the room was broken so my room was too warm for comfort. I was told it was a central problem so changing rooms would not have made a difference. I liked having laundry services included but the housekeeping was inconsistent. At one point, the person took all the dirty towels and did not give us new ones so I was constantly calling housekeeping for stuff. The location of the hotel was very nice though and there is an airport shuttle which is convenient.

No aircondition for this hotel. How terrible very smelly with smoking in both room and corridor. Our toilet bowl is dirty with stain. It’s disgusting. I did complain but said was full house. Cannot change other rooms. Due to no choice with no air conditioning, I have to open the window. However windows are only can open a little bit gap. Very noisy with traffic running. I won’t come again this hotel although it is very good and handy location
