It was clean but very old and not updated. Unfortunately, being downtown there were a lot of homeless hanging around that block, not much the hotel can do about that.

Great spot if you are looking to stay in Chinatown. Hotel is very clean, rooms were very clean with good views. Hallway had a strange odor, but room smelled good. The AC in our room could have worked better. Staff was incredible - welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
