The staff was very friendly and helpful, called housekeeping when first arrived due to empty hand soap container. A staff member came up immediately to replace, we were on the 35th floor! The central location was perfect for us and the city bus service was excellent. Would have given five stars but room was a bit dated but very clean.

Enjoyed our stay at the Aston. The only negative thing we experienced was my wife walking into the closed sliding glass door in the room. She did not see that it was closed.

The room was wonderful and bed was super comfortable. My sister's flight was canceled and she had to stay over in order to get home to California the next day. You hotel was a great location since they didn't have a car and everything was within walking distance. It was a pleasant surprise for them as they don't travel as much as I do, so they were very happy with how accommodating the hotel staff were with an early check in since they came directly from their cruise, to the airport and then to your hotel staff that greeted them so wonderfully.
