really enjoyed my stay while down there very centrally located about 20 minutes from bath House row and there's a lot of stuff to do in that area 10 minutes from Oaklawn racing and casino really couldn't complain about the staff they were real nice and I really enjoyed my time there

The staff were helpful in this situation. A guest I booked at this hotel experienced bed bugs in their room. I relocated them to another hotel and was refunded for the stay the remainder of the visit and discounted the first night.

For an older hotel, this one was very clean. Little disappointed to not have some of the amenities that I’m used to such as usb ports built-in to fixtures. No hand towels were provided, and only three washcloths and three bath towels, and there were three of us in the room. The flooring was vinyl planks instead of carpet, which was very nice because I felt like it was so much cleaner. Beds are very firm. Pillows are very comfy.

The front desk guy was extremely efficient and helpfull. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was weird but ok. Its loud at night. Flushing toilets can be heard from different rooms, the heater clicks while its on and for some time after turning off. The fire alarm went off for about 10 seconds at 2:08 a.m.
