I booked the room for that night and the guy working the front desk wouldn’t let me check in until 3pm the following day and that wasnt when I needed the room I needed it for that night and had to cancel the reservation and it was already paid for and didn’t get any money back or compensation

Issue with the AC, it was terribly loud, room went from cold to hot depending on if the air was running. Could not open the shades on the window. Someone had a dog barking beside us in the middle of the night.

The room its self was nice BUT the bathroom was horrible…. Room 113 had MOLD all around the tub…. Made it VERY uncomfortable to shower, in fact we rather not shower and wait til we got home. Everything else was ok
The manager at the hotel was wonderful. They made a mistake on our booking and tried every thing they could with Expedia to resolve it. Expedia hung up on us twice, refused to cooperate with us.
The hotel manager even spoke to a supervisor at Expedia, she hung up on the Hotel manager. The hotel was willing to work with us on the issue, however, Expedia refused and would not even talk to us. Expedia is gabage and we will never, ever go through Expedia again.

When we checked in, we were told the room we had shouldn’t have been available because the tv didn’t work. We were told there were no other rooms available , but then the employee suddenly found a room available. After we got to that room, we found the tv didn’t work either. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper as well.
We were told there was no the that could be done and since we booked the room online there was no way to get a discount.

Property and room was dirty and needed many upgrades and repairs. Comforter was thin and itchy, so we turned the heater on an awful old mildew smell came out of it. The icing on the cake was the couple 2 doors down fighting at 1am — slamming doors and screaming at the top of their lungs at each other for nearly an hour. The walls are paper thin so you can hear every bit of the world outside of your room. We didn’t really feel safe or comfortable here and would rather pay a little extra to stay somewhere nicer next time.

Lamp didnt work. We had 10 tv channnels MAYBE. The "guide" of what was on tv and what was actually on tv werent accurate. Got there and service lady told me everhthjgn i filled out online "to save time at the service desk" was from a third party, had to redo all of it. For just using it to sleep in it was fine, but if youre looking for something actually NICE i wouldn't recommend
