The first thing that bothered me was that they have parking fees. On the website it clearly says “free parking” when we checked in there was a $30 parking fee! The next issue was that some of the staff didn’t speak English very well. I told the housekeeper to come back in a few minutes to give us time to leave….. she didn’t come back at all! Also, I told the front desk worker that the door on the north side of the property didn’t lock. She said “ok I’ll check it out” and did nothing. The door remained unlocked all night. Anyone could’ve gotten in the hotel! Next is the room. It was terrible! It smelled like it hadn’t been used in years. I had to go to Walmart to get air freshener. The drapes and the dresser had dirt on them. The tub drained very very slowly! We asked to have maintenance drop by and fix it. We got back and the tub still drained slow. The only bright spot in our stay was a young man named “Waseem” he tried his best to make our stay very comfortable. To sum it all up I’ll NEVER stay there again!

I've been using this hotel for over 3 years now for the houston texans game day weekend. They didn't have their continental breakfast at all. This hotel used to have eggs, protien of either sausage or bacon, bread, bagels, milk, etc. And NOTHING of that sort was available. They also stated that they would start charging $15 dollars for gameday parking when they never did before. The staff was clearly told to also rush the guests by knocking twice within the hour before check-out to ask us "will you be checking out soon?" This experience was uncomfortable. The only reason i give it 2 stars is for the affordability of it.

Fantastic location next to NRG stadium. Very pleasant staff. Mattresses in good shape and room clean. But it stops there - for a one nite stay for an event, go for it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Was not great, and not as good as I hoped! The location seemed confident to the stadium but it was not as walkable as it should have been, the hotel was in the back or a gated area which is great but there was no pedestrian gate access without walking out of the way back towards the interstate only to walk back to opposite way to the stadium

Lobby was very hot while waiting in line for 40 minutes. Got told there was a $30 parking fee which I was not told about when booking. Hotel seemed very run down and old. Thin walls. Got woken up at 7:30 by someone’s alarm in the next room who hit snooze for 45 minutes. So much for sleeping.

All amenities are taken out or not usable. Internet terrible. No refrigerator or microwave as advertised. No free parking, pay additional $30 per night for parking. Price has more than doubled over last 3 months. Hotel has gone down hill terribly. I was a frequent stay there and use to be ok. Now everything has changed. Huge price jump, no amenities, no empathy from staff. All appears to have changed to making more money with less or no amenities. "Do not stay here unless you want disappointment. A $70 hotel at best and now charging over $230 a night around any events. Not safe, deadbolts not working on doors, etc.

Had to wait in line over 45 minutes just to check in. Feel light hotel is price gouging. I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times for football games. Just recently they have more than doubled their price. They also just started charging for parking at $30 a night around any events. They no longer have refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Electrical outlets in room are terrible. They have a short in each socket and sockets are loose. Night stand outlets do not work. The deadbolt on door did not work. I feel like $75 per night is to much, yet I paid $234 per night and also wanted additional $30 per night of stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and will offer a word of advice. "Do not stay at this hotel", you will be very disappointed. There are no amenities as advertised, they said they have taken them out. Very dissatisfied at this hotel.
