Very close to Soi 94 in a quiet residential Soi. LQBTQI+ friendly. Great pool, private garden, inside parking, free tea, coffee and water all day. Small breakfast included. Safe, private and tranquil environment. Pet friendly and a romantic getaway for two people. Since marijuana has been decriminalized in Thailand, you can now smoke here legally. Very welcome to smoke on the terrace, garden and around the pool. I have a dog and 2 cats, all very friendly and love tummy rubs and snacks!

The space
It’s a 3 bedroom villa with a big lounge, open kitchen, high ceilings, great terrace and south facing garden with all day sun.
We have a dog and 2 cats but they will not bother you.

Guest access
You can have access to the entire house except my bedroom and en-suite bathroom but please sleep in your own room.
The main gate and front door are always unlocked so you can come and go as you please.

During your stay
Yes of course I’m living here with my partner and happy to help you with anything.
We often have BBQ so you’re very welcome to join us.
We usually go to bed before 10PM so please keep the noise down after that time.
We usually wake up around 6AM and go to the beach for a few hours. We are always quiet and respectful towards your quiet enjoyment in the mornings.
You’re welcome to join us for breakfast on the terrace.

Other things to note
If I’m not using my scooter you can use it! Just fill up the tank when you’re done.
You can swim or sunbathe naked but please be discreet.
There’s a TV in your room with a HDMI cable so you can attach to your laptop.
There’s a BBQ in the garden, you’re welcome to use it but please be careful and don’t burn yourself.
There’s both indoor and outdoor kitchens for you to practice your culinary skills.
