My stay was overall a good experience. Pros: * The hotel is very close to Hershey Park and Hershey bears arena (7 minutes) * Plenty of parking * Lobby, breakfast area and rooms were clean * Room we booked (King Suite) was very spacious and clean Cons: * Pillows and mattress on the bed weren’t very comfortable. Pillows were flat and mattress was very firm/ hard. * Pool area while nice was dirty. There was hair along with other things (looked like toilet paper or paper towels) floating in the pool. Clearly the hotel doesn’t check the pool each morning before it opens * Breakfast was less than desirable. Hardly any options (Egg white Frita and chicken sausage along with waffles) for breakfast especially if you are dairy free. I did make a comment to the hotel staff and they said their menu changes based off the day so maybe on Sunday’s their breakfast just is limited? * Atmosphere isn’t very kid friendly. A lot of older folks stayed at the hotel with us and it seemed like we were the only family there. Felt like a retirement home where I was getting judged for bringing my children to the pool and to breakfast. Overall like I said nice hotel, just not one I personally would stay at with my family again.

Service was awful, staff was awful Beware of housekeeping because they like to come into your room before you’ve checked out. They don’t even identify themselves before very softly knocking and entering

Good place to stay for Hershey are

It was very nice for a Hampton Inn and great location for Hershey. Newer clean room, but blind doesnt cover whole window. Coffee wasnt great and was empty by the time I got there, near 10 a.m.

The area was clean and had lots of parking. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The front desk was accommodating and showed a positive attitude toward people in the hotel. The only negative thing was that the pool was serviced throughout the day, and we could not go until later on.
