What I did like was that the Staff was very nice and accommodating. What I didn't like was the carpet had multiple stains and the hide a bed had alot of stains on it.

Me and my friend checked in and didn't have any towels nor tissue. Called the front desk and the clerk brought some up. Once i took my shower and it was time to dry off I noticed this big black object smashed into the towel. I was discussed.

You get what you pay for.

Toilet was loose, no shower curtain, hotel ran out of paper towels, moldy bath tub. The roll out bed was crooked and kinda broken.

Most missing and broken stuff ever.

Hardware in the room was in bad shape, both the bedroom (multiple handles broken off of the furniture) and in the bathroom. No drinking cups, or shampoo. The desk chair was missing. The TV remote was very problematic and things were generally shabby.

Not really worth the money

The shower had mold on the walls so we changed rooms. The second room had mold on the walls in the shower also, just not as much. Parts of the popcorn ceiling was falling down throughout the hotel. The front desk employee was very nice. The employee that worked with the breakfast was not so friendly.

Physical security.

Section of the hotel i stayed in seemed to be collapsing. Door wouldn't close fully so it could be pushed open until the latch caught, which allowed visibility into the room. The door dead bolt was barely effective and the slide lock was not plummed due to the door lean.

Here goes. Dried boogers on towels was told we don’t have any clean towels. When asked for manager was told she not here so I asked for general managers phone number then I was offered pool towels. Asked for refund was told have to go through booking agency. Hotels. Com tried multiple times to contact hotel no answer I tried many times also no answer. Pool closed, service was worse I’ve ever seen in a hotel. My advice STAY AWAY From Comfort Suites in Huntsville Alabama.

WHAT WAS NOT LIKED ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Unhealthy conditions unatonable comfort. 1. Facility needs overall renovations. 2. Toilet flushometer continually flushing(i.e. every 5 to 10 minutes.) 3. Mold and mildew in both assigned bathrooms(i.e. 104 and 101) 4. Bulbs missing from desk lamps. 5. Water from the room directly above leaking into bathroom whenever a shower was taken. 6. Torn bed sheet(at the foot of bed in room 104). 7. Missing iron/board in room 101. 8. Lack of sufficiently appointed towels. 9. Room window poorly installed. Sealant from the original window still visible. Hence, worm crawling on the wall prior to new room assignment. 10. Need for proper signage. During breakfast, I received a phone call. I stepped outside for privacy while speak about business. There was no sign that the door, in the dining area, was not functioning properly and should not have been opened. 11. T.V. in both rooms were not easily connected. 12. The 'TELL TALE OF THE ENTIRE SITUATION': In the corridor, nearest 104, the drop ceiling tiles had been removed. A bucket was catching water............... Can you imagine. Personnel were overly professional and courteous! We were not belligerent. On balance, the personnel were exceptionally responsive to our concerns. Going forward, I would not in good conscious recommend your hotel to anyone, even an enemy.

I called before the stay to ensure our late check in was okay. I was told it would be, a note was added to our booking. I arrived with sleeping kids in the car and the room I was charged for was full. I had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night.
