They wanted to charge us again at check in because the gal didnt understand that the reservation was already. The design of the hotel was funky with the 1st floor hallway being downstairs in a basement level. If you are traveling with a lot of lugage for a multiday trip this is not the best place to stay. The side door to the hotel would not open with out yanking extreemly hard. They key card unlocked it but the magnitization or what ever would not let a normal pull open the door. You basicly had to rip the door open to get in. In the room there was a hole in the quilt and the bathmat was ratty and falling apart. Otherwise it was ok for a quick overnight stay. Mattress comforable, room clean, area safe and quiet. Wont stay there again but it was okay for what we needed it for.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was I booked it cause it had a pool and when we got there thr pool was half drained and gross water so my kids couldnt swim, but otherwise was a good stay.

Though stated as remodeled, it is still not well-kept and is shabby in places. Was cluttery around lobby. One person in charge of most things. Very minimal breakfast bar. Intense scent of mag champa incense upon entering. I was hoping description given meant there has been improvements in moderately priced Super 8 motel. It was neither moderately priced nor any improvement in my opinion.
