It features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a compact mini kitchen with electric hob, refrigerator, kettle, pans, pots and cutlery as well as a dining area for two people. The bathroom is en suite with shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
The 8 m² covered balcony is equipped with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse, offering partial shading and insect protection screens. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and separate access provide additional comfort.
The accommodation is located just 200 m from the sea, near restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and the town centre. A parking space is available free of charge on the property. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome drink, a small gift and information about excursions, restaurants and activities.
Leisure activities in the area include water sports, diving, snorkelling, boat rental, bicycle and kayak rental, tennis, high ropes course, hiking and cultural offerings.
