Was unaware of renovation in Lobby- the “sister” hotel checked us in . I was unaware of the $25 charge for my small blind elderly dog. First experience hotel stay with no staff in lobby or no lobby at all.

Staff was great, property on the other hand was beat. Wall paper in my room was peeled back, dust/dirt all over the floor, mild stain on my bed, some of the rags had stains as well. Bathtub was stained with what would appear to be rust marks in it. Wouldn’t stay here again. Pictures and rooms do not match

The set of room near the pool need MAJOR room repairs = peeling paint, unpainted/poorly painted walls; barely-functional shower on verge of breaking; rusted sink drain; uneven floor. Exterior was trashy with rusty stairwell, weeds, unmowed lawns

There were ants crawling on the floor. My baby was crawling around and was filthy after 2 minutes. There was trash under the beds. There was a band playing next door that they failed to tell us about. They knew we had a baby when we checked in so you’d think they would ask if loud noises would bother us.

Address was not the same as place booked. The hotel had note, moved Nextdoor. The building appearance was old and run down looking. A man was sleeping on the ground next to a car in the parking lot. We moved our vehicle so we could keep an eye out of the cargo we had loaded.
