Beautiful house in Inca for 4 people. It offers a large patio with a private above-ground pool and a fabulous barbecue area.

The charming patio of the house is a perfect oasis of peace to relax after an entertaining excursion around the island. You can cool off in the above-ground pool chlorine pool that measures 3.5 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.60 meters. Afterward, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers. At the end of the patio, you will find the barbecue and the porch under which you can sit and enjoy your meals alfresco. A toilet completes the outdoor area.

The house is on one level with a simple and cozy style. Upon entering from the patio you find a luminous room where you can sit and enjoy a good book. It is has air conditioning and communicates with the living - dining room that has TV-sat. The separate kitchen offers a ceramic hob and its window overlooks the living room with access to the patio. Two beautiful bedrooms -with a wardrobe and a fan- invite you to rest at night, one with a double bed and the second with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A cot, a high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment.

Inca is the perfect starting point to get to know the island. Our guests will have all the necessary services a few meters away on foot, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops. The closest beach is 25.7 km away in Puerto de Alcúdia. Other places that we recommend are the monastery of Lluc, the Tramuntana mountain range, ses Fonts Ufanes in Campanet or the Puig de Santa Magdalena in Inca. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The fireplace is decorative. - There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax.
