This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at for the price. The seating options downstairs were amazing and very work friendly. The staff were super nice. The bedroom was clean and had pillows that felt like clouds. 10/10 would recommend.

I was met with the most horrific experience I have ever endured in all my years of traveling. Had it not been for the low temperature that night and the need to get my daughter settled for her tournament, I would have likely opted to sleep in the car and seek alternative accommodations the following morning. After working a 16-hour shift and driving six hours to reach our destination, being treated so poorly was nothing short of appalling. I highly recommend that the individual in question utilize this opportunity to address their shortcomings and enhance their skills in customer service, professionalism, integrity, and the fundamental principles of the hospitality industry. Fortunately, the manager followed up with me to discuss the matter, and that is when the situation took a dramatic turn for the better. Her willingness to listen attentively to my concerns and allow me to explain the situation in its entirety meant a great deal to me. She demonstrated exceptional empathy, never interrupting and taking the time to put herself in my shoes to genuinely comprehend the situation. She took it upon herself to rectify the situation, going above and beyond to ensure that everything was made right. Her actions brought tears to my eyes, as she truly did not have to extend herself in such a manner, but her genuine desire to do so left me profoundly grateful.
