Nice and clean. However i think the charge of £14.50 for breakfast if you dont order it the night before is dteep when compared to normal price of £10.it should be the same. Breakfast is average quality

Fit the bill for what I wanted. It's handy for the station. Modern interior. Excellent breakfast. I slept fine. There is ongoing refurbishment but only in the daytime so didn't bother me. The room has got a/c, it's a bit noisy but i like the white noise. The double bed only had 2 pillows and the duvet barely covered the mattress. this was ok for me but not great for a couple.would stay again if in the area.

Disappointed with the personal service and enthusiasm of staff. Hotel seemed nice though. I booked a double room but was given a twin. Car park is very very small and had to park over the other side of a river and walk back in darkness over the bridge in an area not familiar with. Some people may not feel safe doing that at night (i arrived at midnight). One of the push buttons on the toilet to flush was missing. Good shower and clean enough

Overall is a good place to stay.

The room was nice and big and had a nice layout, the bathroom was a good layout too. The only negative thing was the pillows were far too soft and i had 2x pillows folded to get the support needed. Also the duvet was very very thin, it was manageable for me because im always hot but anyone else would have been cold. Overall i would stay here again and would recommend it. I didnt use any services or facilities and was just somewhere to crash overnight. Also, the carpark is very small as mentiomed in the ad but £10 per night is a bit steep.

Great place to stay

Excellent value for money. Clean spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Just be mindful, the parking area is small. If you come in very late, may not get space to park, but there is parking at very cheap rate nearby.

I book hotels that have a gym or use of a gym. This helps me after working all day and being away from home. This hotel said it has use of a gym so on that I booked it. On arrival I was told the gym has been closed for refurbishment, at no point before booking was I told this as I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew

Good hotel

On arrival at 2.00 pm (check in time), we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until between 3.00 and 4.00 due to a football team staying the night before! They said we were welcome to use hotel facilities. Receptionist was polite and apologetic. We decided to have a walk into town and then check in later. Room was large with usual facilities. Bed was quite hard, so not that comfortable, if you prefer something softer. Great shower. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice of hot and cold items, drinks etc. There is parking at hotel but limited. Overall would recommend.
