I enjoyed not having to leave the hotel, but I knew what I was in for. Except when having to leave early, the shower didn't work. Sent a video of turning the faucet, pushing and pulling the faucet... I talked to the front desk and they said sorry - they mentioned they could offer a different room later in the day. But I had to leave soon at that point - no resolve. They could not offer any discount or refund since it was paid through Expedia.

Very polite and friendly, easy to work with, very helpful for choosing a room, deciddd on a second story room as opposed to a higher floor as my husband retires to the room sooner than my son and i. Early stage demen tia so he gets confused. I was concerned that he could find ghe room easily. It went well.

Based on some of the other reviews we’re skeptical but once we arrived we’re pleasantly surprised with how well Cactus Pete’s has been maintained! Be sure to book at Cactus Pete’s when selecting a room or you’ll get stuck at the horseshoe. The bed was comfy, food good and liked how often the waitresses brought complimentary drinks if you were playing. Oh and they still have free soda and coffee like in the old days when the casinos didn’t nickel and dime’ya!
