The fact that you have them listed on your site means I don’t ever want to book through Expedia.com again - a terrible representation of your services!!!
Personally I didn't care for the ranch or the experience. I do a lot of hiking, camping, and traveling and don't plan to return to this ranch. The cost to stay in a teepee with gravel floors on prison mats is not what I call enjoyable. I would prefer a tent that could at least keep the annoying flies out while I tried to sleep. The cost of food at this ranch is ignorant. I paid 68.00 for a burger with fries and a soda. Way overpriced for what it was. I had four nights paid for and it was so bad I left after one night and didn't see the point in fighting to try and get reimbursed.

The entire experience of being there was very special, but the bathroom and the shower area were terrible.
Tipi’s are a lot smaller than you think & full of dust ofc, good for couples ig but not if you have small kids. Tipi’s have an opening up top so if it rains you’ll get wet. You’ll definitely get dust everywhere. Didn’t end up staying in our reserved tipi & no money back because it was too late. Overall nothing like the photos, if you’re looking for glamping it’s not it.
There were no sheets or pillow cases on the beds or in the wagons at all. Had to go get them from the front desk and make our own beds. The floor was filthy. The heater didn’t work- we froze to death. The bathrooms were ATROCIOUS. Toilets running over, the floors felt like they were going to cave in, and they were covered in mud. If it wasn’t in the middle of nowhere and we hadnt arrived late at night- I would’ve paid big money to stay anywhere else. I couldn’t wait for daybreak to get out of there. We have stayed in huts in the woods before- so it wasn’t like I didn’t know what to expect. But I’d at least expect it to be clean and with linens.

Staff is helpful but some of the options such as tipi is just barebones with no outlet, heating, or wifi service, especially ones to the further end of the campsite. Morning in early August becomes freezing cold. Sheets and blankets provided are stained and dirty from previous use. On the plus side, the panoramic scene is amazing. There’s also a cozy and warm lodge where you can charge your phone in relative safety.
