We loved how there was a store walking distance to get food and drinks. The only downfall was the room smell, we couldnt figure out if someone had cooked something or the rooms were just older. Staff was excellent!

The staff was very friendly, and my son loved the free hot chocolate. The room was clean, but musty. The photo on expedia was misleading for the room I reserved. I thought I was reserving a room that was larger and had a full kitchen, based on the expedia photo image of the room. In reality, the room was very small, with only the usual mini fridge and microwave. Our room ended up being upstairs, with no elevator. For the price, the lodging was pretty outdated. However, the view was nice, the mini mart on the premises was very convenient, and the gallery at the end of the lot was also nice to walk through. The friendliness of the staff was also much appreciated.

This is basically a motel right by the main highway. The room was clean but the walls are thin and can easily hear conversation in the next room at night. Road noise is also ample...and can't have any curtains open because windows look out onto the walkway for all other rooms. With the curtains necessarily closed, there is not enough lighting to keep room cheerily bright. All of these pushed us to spend more time outside, which was good I guess. With the pricesses we paid, could have gotten a very nice room in middle of Manhattan, which tells you how crazy expensive Jackson is!

We loved the people, the location close to Grand Teton, and the cleanliness. What made this a 4/5 is there was mold on the ceiling and the shower fan wasn't working properly, which caused a steamy, drippy mess after our showers. I'm sure the owners will fix it. We would happily stay again.
