Restaurant service was horrible. Waiter don’t speak or understand English never cam back to check on us after served raw food. Front desk lazy. I was there 6 days no one dumped trash or refilled toilet paper only 1 washcloth for 4 people I asked for more but none were brought to my room I had to go get myself. Rude lazy front desk help

Charming. Water was cold and fresh tasting. Very comfortable bed. Red Fox restaurant food was top drawer. Towels plush, but bed sheets felt worn and nubby. Loved the mountain theme on lights.

We enjoyed the cabin feel and the wonderful views. The beds were comfortable, though our 5th guest used the pull out couch and did not find this comfortable. The bathroom since could have been cleaner. We had a nice time at the bar that night, the bartenders were excellent! We were only there one night so it met our needs.

We did not have the opportunity to try the dining options or a lot of the amenities; therefore difficult to review. We stayed in one of the cabins, which was cute but had a lot of cobwebs and wasn't especially clean. Rather pricy and not especially conveniently located.

New check in person was on a break so we waited 20 minutes in the little lobby before being checked in. Was informed that breakfast was included with our room and was available between 6:30-10 and if we needed anything that evening to let them know before 10pm that night when she would be going home. Got to the room and was literally barged in by the manager on duty apologizing that we had complained about our room which we had not (but should have). TV didn’t work, bathroom was old and grungy looking but had been cleaned well - just wasn’t a $240 per night room by ANY stretch of the imagination. Had drinks and appetizers that night at the bar.. overall that experience was too expensive for what it was but the service staff was nice. Came back with my daughter for dinner as it’s the only place to eat for 20 miles and it was ok but still expensive. $22 for a simple cheeseburger .. but ok. Went to bed and was awoken at 7am to the dumpsters outside our 2nd floor window being emptied. Got up with the noise and went down to breakfast which was not hot. But the real issue came when we were told we would have to pay $20 per person for what amounted to a crappy continental breakfast. The server that brought us water was nice - he was definitely the best part of our entire experience. Just buyer beware. I was upset - $70?! They only charged us for 2 but still garbage treatment. We were told it was included!.. we will never be back - even for great snowmobiling - we will never return.

The cabin was okay. The kitchenette and bathroom could use updating. The cabin also needs more attention to detail while cleaning. It was an hour drive to Jackson, but it is a scenic drive. Keep in mind there was no cell service and the WiFi cut in and out.
