Loved our room but the fridge didn’t work and the freezer was leaking water inside of the fridge. One fire pit outside wasn’t working. But overall we loved it and will definitely be staying there again!

Only if you like cold showers...

The hotel had no hot water for the duration of my 3 night stay. Staff suggested letting water run for 15 to 20 minutes and see if the water warms..it dis not. No compensation was suggested or given for this major inconvenience. I would not, I repeat, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The indoor pool was a wonderful perk for my younger children. Service was excellent with friendly staff and easy check-in/out. Out of the hotels we've stayed in Jacksonville, NC, this is our favorite.

No hot water no response from management

Upon arrival and after checking in we were told that we likely would not have any hot water. The hotel had a mechanical issue and lost the ability to get hot water. They knew of this two days prior to arrival and made zero effort to notify me before checking in; when asked if the cost of the room would be adjusted during check out we were told to give our room number and phone number as the manager was not on duty. An email was also sent to the manager and we have received zero response from the Jacksonville Nc Hilton Garden Inn. Unlike their competitor Holiday Inn who had a pipe burst and a property in Raleigh Nc who emailed and called us to tell us that we were being moved to another property and the room compt for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel

I recommend this hotel to stay at however, our experience was not that great because we did not have hot water for the whole weekend. we were unable to take a shower. Other than that, I recommend this hotel.
