I paid a total of 321.00 for an average room without any bars of soap in the room (the delivery never came), the bathroom needed a good deep cleaning, and the towels were thin and rough, the bed linens were clean and the room was quiet. I was told they were soon to renovate.

Honestly, I was debating between giving this a one or a two star rating, this is a dirty old hotel, the room was not horribly dirty, but definitely not clean. The pillows should be burned, the front desk staff should be replaced with people that understand customer service, and they should not charge $10 to park a car in a parking lot with over 100 empty spaces. The breakfast is mediocre, although the coffee was good. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend anyone stay here.

This is not a good place to stay. They allow smoking on the property and people were out in the common areas and the shared walkways and balcony’s smoking at almost every hour of the day. I can’t be sure but I think they house people who are on public assistance here. They say they have a breakfast buffet but it isn’t and wasn’t stocked very well. First thing in the morning and there is like 4 coffee cups available. They were always out of something and all they had for the bagels was strawberry cream cheese which was totally disgusting. I didn’t feel safe here, some of the people staying here were sketchy. I must have got up 5 times a night to look outside to make sure nobody was breaking into my car. The floor in the room was filthy and I’ve never seen bed pillows that small. Do not believe the pictures you see online, it’s a total hoax. Do not stay here.

Worst hotel in the town

Our first stay was very unpleasant, the room was clean but missing trash cans. We experience no heat in the room due to the room heater did not work, plus the bed was uncomfortable and very cold. The phone did not work to contact the front desk. The room was very dark, only 2 lamps worked after screwing in the bulbs. The shower only delivered mild warm to cold water, never really warmed up. We requested to move to another room with kitchenette, the manager provided this room for the remainder of our stay with additional cost of $25.00 total. We were still charged for the stay which I thought it was unfair by the manager since our experience was horrible. The kitchenette room was much better but still have issues. The kitchen only had dishes, utensils and pans but no oven cook ware which did not make sense since the room has an oven. Plus, the kitchen had no dish soap, sponge, or drying towel to wash the dishes. Unfortunately, this hotel does not provide any toiletries, we had to provide our own. In addition, we were going to use their gym, but this was not available since they are renovating. The bar was closed as well due to renovation. The pool is heated so that was a plus. We come to this part of Florida at least twice a year, and we decided we will not return to this hotel. I would have been more gracious if the manager would have been more inviting and gave us a rebate for the horrible stay.

I felt the hotel was clean. It was clear they have tried to update a little. The door was hard to shut and fully lock. When the bathroom light/fan was turned on, a heavy smell of MJ came through so we had to use the facilities in the dark. Otherwise no complaints
