Our refrigerator didn’t work - and then started draining water into the floor. Called the front desk and someone showed up immediately and swapped it out. Fantastic customer service from the front desk Not the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on but the price was great.

Down with the daily parking fee

Food option was better this trip. Transport or the new hidden parking fee was garbage. I pay for a room, but also have to pay to park now. If I would have known this before hand I would have gone somewhere else. PARKING FEE IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! I have been coming to this hotel for several years and NEVER had to pay for parking fee. Very poor management move here...

It was what should be expected for the cost. Rooms were clean but all doors open to the outside, so I'd call it a motel, not a hotel. Facilities were ok, but a little outdated. The pizza place onsite was fantastic. Proximity to the beach and parking was great.

We checked out this morning and will be back! The clerk at front desk was awesome and good at his job. The facility is actually an older motel, not a hotel, but in great condition. Room was spacious and clean with a fresh smell. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Pool is really big and clean. Full breakfast was really good. The location is perfect and a very short walk to the beach. You walk out of parking lot and turn left and you can see the beach. While walking to the beach you pass 2 really great seafood restaurants. There’s even a souvenir shop right there. So we never even cranked the truck from the time we got there until we checked out. We walked to the pool, beach, shopping and food! PERFECT!

It hasn't been maintained in years, from the front door to the very last place a entered. We were welcomed by a person dressed like anything ese but a front desk clerk:stained T-shirt and unkempt. Paying around $120.00 for a place like this felt like way too much. Thanks God it was only 1 night.

The staff was pleasant enough but seems lie they need help! Breakfast was continental but very little to choose from! Every rooms air drips and water drips down over stairs! The parking charge is crazy since the parking lot stayed so empty, NO security and no cover but at least only $10. Rooms were clean but desperately need updating! I had 2 rooms and in both rooms the tub does not drain and IF it were truly being cleaned properly they would know! I doubt I'd personally ever stay again!
