Pool was not clean, they want you out right away which is crazy because nothing is available for check in at 11am, house keepers barely speak English.

Lady at service desk was rude. Needs some extream leasons in customer service. Talked to me rudely. The hotel room didn't have a mirowave, the shower was peeling and the shower walls are full of mold. The room had a cigarette odor.
