I really didn’t like no clean towels except for you had to go and exchange them at the front desk. I rented two rooms and one of the rooms the bed and tub was full of hair. That’s nasty to pay to lay on someone else hair. The room was not properly cleaned.

The floor of the room was dirty, they only give you 2 towels for 4 people and if they get dirty or you want to change them for clean ones they charge you a fee and the rooms do not have privacy or any type of insulation, you can hear the voice or conversation of the people next to you or those above you, you can hear all the steps and the movements of the beds when people move them or make some sudden movement hitting the wall... I think they should do something to improve services... thanks

Beware of The GM Juan Torres! He's a Liar

I've been here since Nov. 6, 2024. On February 18, 2025 I went to speak with the receptionist in regards to my payments and to make a complaint about The Assistant Manager (not sure of her name, she the only Caucasian Employee) for knocking on my door late night with her repeatedly scare/intimidation tactics, and repeatedly calling my phone as if she's God and I was a DEI Resident! I've always known my rights but to keep the peace I just tried to ignore her. I told Juan that they letters that she placed on my door weren't legal. Instead of taking heed to my complaint, on February 19, 2025 Juan Torres had a JSO officer hand me an "Affidavit To The Police Department" in the affidavit Juan Torres Blatantly Lied Several times! I responded to the affidavit with a letter disputing everything because I have proof! Once he came into work, he came upstairs and stated that my letter was illegal, his Dad's been a lawyer for 30 years (Obviously, he didn't teach him anything) because I had to inform him of the correct way to have a resident evicted! I'm very none problematic, never asked to have my room clean, don't make noise, so to me this is extremely discriminatory! I will be contacting corporate and pursuing legal actions! I have pictures of all correspondence but it's not letting me upload them. So I'll make a TikTok or add them to my Google review! Don't trust The Managers! The other staff members are great with the exception of the GM and ASM

Staff are friendly. Hotel elevator stinks so bad all the time. Hallway smells so bad. We almost throw up and cover our nose when we walk on the hallways and in the elevator. Having a big fridge , stove, microwave was inefficient. They could have used the funds to have better bed and beddings ad cleaner ambiance of a hotel.

The Stay was PERFECT.. The only thing I didnt enjoy was how thin the walls is. We could hear every little movement made by other guests.

My hotel review of Woodspring

Great friendly staff but bed is like a dorm room bed and not very comfortable. Room appeared clean but did not smell clean or fresh. Lobby and floors smelled of smoke and Marijuana. Rooms need some updating furnishings.
