Our guests can enjoy the entire house, which includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, two air-conditioned double bedrooms, and a sunny rooftop terrace with a table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol — perfect for enjoying the cooler evenings at sunset and the sunny days.

There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, as well as radiators and blankets for the colder winter months.

The house is located in a peaceful and authentic residential area, lively during the day and very quiet and relaxing at night, yet only a 10-minute walk from the city centre, the cathedral, the Alcázar and the city’s main square (Plaza Arenal).

There are local bars and shops just seconds from the house, and large supermarkets only a few minutes away by car or a 10-minute walk.
